You can store your luggage prior to check-in and after check-out at the front desk on the second floor.

Copy and Fax service is available for 24 hours. Copy: Black/white 10 yen per paper, color 30 yen per paper. Fax: 200 yen for domestic, 400 yen for overseas.

Following items are available should you wish to borrow them: cell phone charger for domestic phones only, humidifier, blanket, iron, nail clippers.

Trouser presses are located in the elevator hall of each floor. Please feel free to use.

3000 yen for 40 minutes, 4000yen for 50 minutes.

Parcel sending service is available 24 hours at the front desk located on the second floor. Cardboard boxes are also available for purchase.

Laundry brought to the front desk by 10:00am will be returned by 7:00pm the same day. *Please note that this service is not available on some days.

The chapel Vent Vert is a crystal-style chapel filled with sun light. Banquet halls are available for special events including an exchange of betrothal gifts, wedding ceremonies, and wedding parties. Shinto-style wedding ceremonies are also available.

Conference rooms and banquet facilities can accommodate small groups as well as large parties of up to 1,000 persons. Please ask at our information desk for details.

Watch as many of our approx. 100 movies at the rate of 1,000 yen per day. To use the system, please purchase a movie card, available in the elevator hall on each guest room floor.

Vending machines for soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are located in the elevator hall on each floor. On the 2nd floor, cigarettes are also available in addition to drinks.

Located at the end of the hall on the 7th and 10th floor. Every ice maker is equipped with the ice cups.
